Excellent hospitality and great location
So convenient and great location. I loved you can use breakfast area as a working space after mornings and you can have food and drink from convenience store.
Hotel is not new, so you can see it’s bit tired and old but always well cleaned.

Like its location, cosy and calm place to stay
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful (e.g. in upgrading the room, keeping the luggage while waiting to check-in and booking a table in a restaurant). The cleaning staff was very sweet. The twin room was very comfortable when traveling with 2 big suitcases. The library café was very inviting and the laundromat near this feature was very simple to operate and appreciated. The metro station (2 lines) right underneath the hotel made it very easy to venture to the touristic center. The location in the Koto area is perfect for "slow" tourism (i specifically chose not to stay in overtouristic areas) and offers enough possibilities in terms of shopping and restaurant options in various styles.
There was nothing to dislike.

Very Good
Good breakfast buffet and very welcoming staff. Rooms are small but functional. Lucky we had a room on the top floor with amazing vista on Skytree!
Surrounding of the hotel is nothing special from a touristic perspective, in return it is well connected by metro.

Location is excellent, Room is just enough
Location is superb. The underground station is just below the hotel and you can access to two lines, Hanzomon and Oedo. The room is just enough and always kept clean.
Breakfast is horrible. All may be frozen foods.
